Dave from Armstrong Plumbing did a fine professional job in a reasonable amount of time, so I was immensely satisfied overall. I'm actually filing this report to give Armstrong Plumbing the recognition it deserves for a series of repairs at my residence over the past two years. They installed a custom kitchen faucet and also repaired a faulty pipe in the front yard that required some detective work to isolate the actual leak. All of the Armstrong personnel were knowledgeable and worked very efficiently to effect quick repairs.

Milton worked fast & efficiently. Explained the problem and corrected the need. If there was such a category, I'd nominate him for #1 plumber of the year.

David repaired a very leaky toilet, fixed an ill-fitting bathroom sink faucet and replaced the flapper in another toilet. The leaky toilet was the most serious of issues as water was leaking from the base of the toilet all over the floor. Armstrong Plumbing lived up to the high marks it received on Angie's List. They promptly returned my phone call, accommodated my schedule in making the service appointment and when I called the day before the appointment to add 2 minor items to the list of required repairs, they were equally as accommodating. When David was running a little late due to traffic, he called to let me know. Once here, he diagnosed the problem and quickly got to work. He had to remove the toilet to replace a seal and gasket. Not a scratch/chip/mark was left on the new travertine floor and he re-caulked it like new. David was great at explaining what needed to be done to repair the toilet. The faucet repair and toilet flapper replacement were relatively minor and didn't take long

A short letter to say thank you for everything AP does for my company. Every time we call, we are greeted with kindness and I feel you put me on top of the list with scheduling.  As a property manager , there are so many details I have to coordinate.
