Annual Inspection: Our fully trained plumber will give your home a thorough plumbing inspection and maintenance service. All inspections and maintenance service will include:

• Water Heater safety check for leaks, code violations and corrosion. Draining and flushing for standard water heaters. Water heater must meet all current UPC  Plumbing Code requirements prior to drain and flush. Descale of tankless heaters excluded but may be added on to service at time of inspection.
• Camera Inspection of main sewer line. Cleanout must be present, and drains must be clear. (Inspection may be performed anytime during the year and need not be limited to the “Annual Inspection”).
• All toilets checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation. Any needed minor adjustments included but does not include parts.
• All faucets are tested for ease of use and flow. Aerators are cleaned and repositioned if necessary.
• All exposed water lines are checked for damage and corrosion.
• Piping under bathroom and kitchen sinks checked for signs of potential water damage.
• Sink drains checked for cracks, leaks, or clogs.
• Crawlspace will be visually inspected from the main opening for water, sewer leaks, standing water or dry rot and mold. If necessary to crawl cost may be added on to inspection.
• Water is tested for hardness and contaminants.
• Wash Machine hoses and valves thoroughly checked and tested.
• Water pressure checked to the ensure proper pressure is flowing to water supply piping, appliances, and fixtures.
• Repair warranties are automatically extended for 12 months. (Drains and toilets excluded. Please see Drain Cleaning Warranties)
• 1 free bottle of Bio Clean, a natural drain treatment that keep drains lines clean-Tech will treat drains during inspection and advise on use.
