Membership Terms
- Rosie Club Memberships are non-refundable.
- Memberships are billed annually. Memberships cancelled before the end of the annual term will not be refunded.
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before renewal.
- To receive extended warranties, customers must be current Rosie Club members and participate in the Annual Plumbing Health Assessment.
- Memberships automatically renew after 12 months and will be billed on the first day of the 13th month.
- Membership includes one location and one water heater.
- Discount pricing applies up to $500 per contract.
- Each additional water heater is $82.
